Roll On Automotive is an award-winning Automotive company based in North Richmond. We are currently seeking a Dispatcher.

The role consists of but not limited to:

Communicating with all providers on new breakdowns and tows

Quoting suppliers over the phone for incoming jobs

Allocating all jobs to on duty mechanics

Liaising with providers and customers directly regarding ETA's

Ensuring all jobs are closed off and completed within required timeframes.

To be considered for this role you will need to be familiar with the automotive industry, with great attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced industry. Knowledge of computer systems and ability to navigate between multiple software programs. Excellent time management and able to stay focused whilst under pressure.

The role will be 4 days a week, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays. The role can be carried out at the office or from home the flexibility is there for the right candidate.
