About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter / Automotive to join our team at Connecting Brands' in Condell Park, NSW. This part-time role will see you applying high-quality paint finishes to a variety of industrial and automotive surfaces using specialised spray painting equipment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and masking as required

Operating spray painting equipment to apply paint finishes to industrial and automotive components

Mixing and blending paint colours to achieve the desired finish

Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

Collaborating with the wider team to meet production deadlines

What we're looking for

Significant experience as an industrial or automotive spray painter, with a strong understanding of paint application techniques and equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
