The Night Vision Shop is one of Australia’s fastest-growing suppliers of premium night vision and thermal optics. We service hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, and retailers nationwide. With demand for our products continuing to surge, we’re expanding our team and are looking for motivated On-the-Road Sales Representatives to help drive our growth.

The Role

This is a full-time role where you’ll spend around 70% of your time on the road, be the face of our business across Australia, helping to expand our retail network and ensuring our partners are well supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and supporting existing retail accounts.

Driving new sales by identifying and onboarding new retail partners.

Providing product demonstrations and staff training on our night vision and thermal equipment.

Building long-term client relationships to maximise growth opportunities.

Reporting on sales activities and contributing ideas for expansion.

About You

We’re looking for a driven individual with:

3+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in a field sales role).

A background in hunting, shooting, or the outdoor industry.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The ability to confidently demonstrate and train others on technical products.

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary $70,000 + Uncapped Commissions +super (110-120k OTE)

Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of $110,000 – $120,000+.

All travel expenses covered (fuel, accommodation, etc.).
