We are extremely excited to announce the next step in our growth of finding a Recruitment Consultant to join the team and step into the business in a fulltime capacity.
Position Requirements
- Proven success as an Area Manager or Senior Hospitality Manager in the Hospitality or travel industry or as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Strong market knowledge of Hospitality in both the ACT & Southern NSW
- Outstanding communication skills across both verbal and written disciplines
- Strong business acumen with a driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to understand the importance of relationships and how to build new and maintain existing rapport with clients and candidates
- Sales and results driven focus
About The Position
- Maintain existing relationships and develop new business
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
- Work across various sourcing programs to identify great candidates
- Achieve individual sales activity and sales targets
- Deliver a first-class candidate and client experience all the time
- Manage the Agency to ensure key performance benchmarks are achieved
- Development of a larger Canberra based team to service the ever growing hospitality industry

- OTE $90K Package or Salary $65K + Super + Uncapped Commission + Tools of Trade (mobile/PC)
