About the role:
The purpose of this role is to engage with customers and internal stakeholder, address their inquiries and handling their order related requests.

Duties:

• Promptly and accurately processing customer enquiries and orders
• Handling customer communications from start to finish via phone and email
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions within Zendesk
• Monitoring order progress and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Staying informed on product updates to consistently meet daily service standards
• Assisting with warehouse operations, order fulfilment, dispatch, inventory management, and routine stock counts

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience within customer service
