Tasks & responsibilities include:

Arranging open home and private inspections

Responding to inquiries

Ingoing condition reports

Routine Inspections

Support to the Property Manager

General office duties

To be successful, you will:

Ideally have experience in Real Estate in a leasing role

Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration/Licence

Must have a current Driver's license and registered vehicle

Have excellent communication skills, be approachable and energetic
