This is a key role where you will partner with hiring managers across the business, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies, talent attraction, and industry trends. About the role

• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
• Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, and other channels
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Provide shortlists and recommendations to hiring managers
• Support hiring teams with interview methods and selection processes
• Manage onboarding activities and ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation
• Stay across current market and recruitment trends

About you
A proactive team player with proven recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced and people-focused environment. You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as an internal Recruitment Advisor within the Energy / Resources sector
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent organisational ability with the capacity to meet deadlines
• Solid knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices
• Hands-on experience with interviews, reference checks, and selection processes
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and candidate management systems
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media sourcing tools
• A relevant qualification in HR or a related field
