Wanted: An enthusiastic and strategic HR Advisor to join the People & Culture team for a short term contract or secondment with possibility of extension.
About the role
This role is responsible for providing high level support and advice across the business to managers and staff at all levels on a range of complex HR matters that impact people whilst working closely with HR Business Partners. This role will support alignment of the Landgate culture and values, whilst building capability within the organisation.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time position for up to 6 months (with possibility of extension), however Part Time arrangements may be considered.

Submitting a Comprehensive CV outlining your experience and key achievements relative to the position with a focus on:
Demonstrated experience providing HR advice and support on a broad range of HR functional areas, particularly in relation to structural change and performance management.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and provide tailored solutions and advice.
Previous experience engaging with and influencing others through effective communication, both verbal and written.
Experience in HR in a public sector environment is highly desirable.

Vacancies may be offered on a fixed term basis for the next 6 months with a possibility of extension. If a similar vacancy in a similar location becomes available in this time, applicants deemed suitable may be considered.

This includes provision of a current National Police Certificate that is less than twelve months old, declaration of any previous discipline or misconduct findings or allegations, and the verification of claims made throughout the recruitment process.
