About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll own a 360-recruitment desk in either Civil Construction or Health & Safety (HSE). You'll be empowered to build meaningful relationships, deliver high-quality placements, and contribute to a team that values progress over activity. You'll collaborate with experienced consultants to drive outcomes-not just fill roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full end to end recruitment process from business development, job and candidate management to successful placements
• Undertake creative and innovative search techniques to source high-calibre candidates
• Conduct candidate attraction campaigns, interviews and reference checks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a service-first mindset
• Leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance across all activities

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in white-collar recruitment (civil or HSE preferred)
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
• Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Willingness to learn and understand the technical disciplines and speak the language of your market
• Confidence to work autonomously while contributing to a disciplined, results-driven team
