An international freight forwarder is looking for an Import/Export Operator to join their team in South Melbourne. With a strong brand in the market, this forwarder has built long-term stability for both customers and staff.

About the Role
Manage end-to-end freight operations across air, sea, and road
Oversee bookings, documentation, tracking, and deliveries
Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and service partners
Resolve shipment issues and ensure compliance
Provide proactive updates and customer support
About You
1+ years experience in freight forwarding operations (import/export)
Knowledge of customs clearance & import/export documentation
Understanding of INCOTERMS
Experience with freight systems (CargoWise, Expedient, etc)
