The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Export Operator who’s ready to bring their skills to a flexible, supportive work environment, perfect for someone looking to step up from a junior role into a fully fledged role from start to finish.

This hands-on role will involve managing day-to-day export operations, quoting clients and agents, and supporting warehouse activities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, compliance, and communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle export operations, from pre-shipment to final delivery

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and internal teams

Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues

Prepare and send quotes to clients and agents for export services

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Provide excellent service to clients and partners throughout the export process

Assist with warehouse tasks including labelling, packing, and basic inventory handling

About You:

Experience in export/logistics operations (ideally 2+ years)

Strong understanding of customs, freight, and compliance procedures

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions

Professional, reliable, and confident communicator

Willingness to assist with hands-on warehouse tasks when needed
