About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Operations Director in managing the day-to-day activities across shipments, warehousing, and customer service. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, coordinating with internal teams, external carriers, and customers to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Shipment Management

Coordinate and manage daily shipments, including bookings and scheduling.

Prepare and process shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, etc.).

Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to secure quotes, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.

Assist with maintaining carrier relationships and monitor performance.

Inventory, Reworks & Assemblies

Monitor stock levels and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.

Coordinate rework, assembly, and repack activities as required.

Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

Customer Service & Communication

Act as a daily point of contact for warehouse staff and customer service queries.

Support customers with shipment updates, delivery queries, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational requirements are met.

Operational Support

Assist the Operations Director with day-to-day management of processes and projects.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline procedures.

Provide reporting on shipments, inventory, and operational performance.

Skills & Experience

Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of international and domestic shipping processes, freight booking, and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/WMS systems (preferred).

Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
