We are looking for a driven and adaptable Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will complete a short Excel skills test to demonstrate data analysis and reporting capability.
What You’ll Do
Be the link between operations and customers: oversee orders, track deliveries, and ensure customers receive timely updates.
Support smooth business operations by working with warehouse and accounts teams to maintain accurate inventory and pricing.
Keep customers at the centre: handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally via phone and email.
Add value through insights: prepare and analyse sales and operational reports to identify trends and improvements.
Drive efficiency: suggest and implement process improvements that make life easier for both customers and the team.
Grow with us: take on increasing responsibility across operations, logistics, and customer engagement as the business expands.
What You’ll Bring
