The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing team. Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams, you will play a key role in managing contracts, financials, and procurement to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts.

Manage procurement processes, including tender packages and subcontractor negotiations.

Track project costs, budgets, and variations.

Assist with claims, reporting, and project documentation.

Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Ensure compliance with company systems such as Jobpack and Procore.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and commercial management.

Proficiency with systems such as Jobpack and Procore

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive approach and the ability to work across large-scale projects.
