At Ark Bathrooms and OA Plumbing, we’re about craftsmanship, relationships, and making renovations seamless for our clients. We’re a family-run business delivering high-quality bathroom renovations and plumbing projects across Brisbane, and we’re looking for a detail-driven team player to join us in a client and project coordination role.

This role is the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll set the tone with a warm, professional welcome, prepare accurate and value-driven proposals, and keep communication flowing between clients, suppliers, and our project team.

Your week might include:

Being the first point of contact, managing calls, chats, and showroom visits with professionalism.

Preparing and updating proposals, schedules, and client selections.

Coordinating with suppliers on orders, backorders, and warranties.

Supporting the team with admin tasks and project documentation.

About You

You’re highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail.

You thrive on communication—whether with clients, suppliers, or your teammates.

You’re confident juggling multiple priorities without letting things slip.

You enjoy being the calm, professional presence that keeps projects moving smoothly.
