Client Service Officer / Paraplanner

Are you an experienced Client Service Officer or Paraplanner looking for a new opportunity with a highly regarded financial planning firm?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Service Officer to join our dynamic and tech-savvy team in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, providing critical support to our team of five financial advisors and ensuring our clients' financial service needs are met with exceptional care. You will be a key part of a tight-knit team with a strong, family-feel culture, working collaboratively with both CSOs and Paraplanners.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact point for new and existing clients, delivering a high level of customer service
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including fact-finds and preparing for client meetings
• Facilitate the implementation of client advice and proactively manage applications and documentation.
• Manage communications with all stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, and superannuation funds.
• Ensure legislative compliance is upheld by following established policies and processes with a high attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Service Officer or in a similar financial advisor support role.
• A client-focused professional with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
