About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Property Officer in Public Land and Business Partnerships Branch. The Property Officer provides timely and appropriate state-wide leasing and licensing services. The role is responsible for administering commercial licence and leasehold tenures in accordance with legislation and policy, as well as providing technical advice to clients and stakeholders.

Contract:
Ongoing part-time contract, 30 hours per week.
Special Conditions:
Will be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or provide evidence that you hold a valid working visa that allows you to work in Australia without restrictions.
A current class “C” driver's licence is essential.
Inter and intrastate and remote area travel is required, including travel in light aircraft.
May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel, occasional overnight absences, and work outside of the normal hours of work.
This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. Prior to being employed, the successful applicant will be required to obtain a National Police Check.
Remuneration:
ASO4 $76,561 min - $80,256 max p.a., pro rata for part time hours.
