We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Tradespeople to join our growing team at our Tongala processing facility.

We are looking for skilled Electricians, Fitters, Mechanics, and Plumbers who are ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, dynamic, and supportive environment.

Operating for more than 30 years, this site plays a critical role in our business, processing large volumes of cattle with a strong focus on export markets. By joining Greenham, you’ll be part of a diverse and skilled maintenance team, supporting production operations while contributing to improvement and innovation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your trade background, your work may include:

Preventive and breakdown maintenance across plant machinery and equipment

Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Assisting with installation of new equipment and capital works projects

Welding and fabrication work (highly regarded)

Working with automation systems, packaging machinery, and controls

Supporting safe and reliable operations, including some weekend and after-hours work

What You’ll Bring

A relevant trade qualification (Electrical License / Fitting & Turning / Mechanical / Plumbing)

Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial maintenance

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

A commitment to safe work practices (ability to work at heights and in confined spaces)

Forklift license (desirable but not essential)

Good communication and teamwork skills

A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
