Our client is a well-established financial planning business located in Sydney’s CBD, known for delivering a genuine and high-quality client experience. They are seeking a Client Services Officer to join their team, three days per week.

What You Will Be Doing:

Supporting the Advisor with day-to-day administration and operations

Managing client records and correspondence with accuracy

Liaising with clients, providers, and internal team members to ensure timely processing of transactions and requests

Handling general office tasks, including, printing, scanning and document management

Providing exceptional service both over the phone and in person

Assist with phone calls and supporting other team members as needed

What We Are Looking For:

· Experience in financial services (Financial Planning or Accounting preferred)

· Familiarity with Xplan is highly regarded; strong Microsoft Office are essential

· High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-orientated mindset

· Excellent communication and time management skills
