You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping them navigate the aged care journey with confidence, care, and clarity. You'll be providing top-notch service, answering questions, resolving issues, and sharing the many ways Feros can support their wellbeing.
A Day in the Life:
- Provide exemplary client experience by actioning tasks within agreed response timeframes in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
- Build trust and rapport with clients through empathetic, friendly, and patient interactions.
- Advocate for Feros Care services and identify opportunities to recommend these services to clients.
- Guide clients through their aged care journey, including familiarity with MyAgedCare, funded programs, service options, and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain high-level telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills to deliver respectful caller engagement.
- Meet operational requirements and key performance indicators.
- Assist other teams as required to ensure operational needs are met.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in customer service (think: contact centres, retail, hospitality - all welcome!)
- Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- High level of computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in the aged and/or community care industry.
- Previous experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound client service environment
