🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a warm and professional experience at every touchpoint.

Administrative Support: Prepare documentation, coordinate review meetings, and assist with the implementation of financial advice across superannuation, investments, insurance, and Centrelink.

Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all client files, notes, and documentation meet regulatory standards and internal compliance checklists.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Financial Planners to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to revenue growth through effective advice implementation.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

Experience in financial services or professional client-facing roles (financial planning experience highly regarded)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Xplan experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
