We are now seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding client service and administrative support.
About the role
As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the backbone of our client experience managing client records, preparing documentation, and ensuring a seamless process across all aspects of financial planning. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a smooth and professional client journey.
You will:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to financial advisers
Prepare and process client documentation, applications, and compliance requirements
Manage client records and databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Liaise with clients, product providers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
Support client meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and follow-up actions
Assist with compliance, audit, and reporting requirements within the business
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
A client-first mindset with a proactive and professional approach
Previous experience in financial planning, banking, or professional services is highly regarded
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Experience with the wrap system is advantageous
