Our client a medium size organisation with a global footprint is looking for a Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of business and technology projects. This role leans towards the management and governance of Portfolio Finances.
You will therefore bring expertise in:
Management of portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, scheduling
Portfolio finance management: working closely with PMs to track their budgets, allocation and reconciliation
Financial tracking reporting
PO & Invoice Management
You will bring a passion for creating order in a busy project environment, experience with project financials, maintaining project plans, monitoring of risks and issues, taking of minutes, Steerco pack presentation and reporting, and management of change requests.
You will be articulate, well presented and have exceptional communication skills
This is an URGENT 6 month day rate contract and candidates that are available immediately OR available with 1 week notice are preferred. Other candidates with a MAX of 2 weeks notice will also be considered. The client is located in Melbourne CBD and WFH 2 days a week.
