You’ll lead the delivery of complex architectural builds, collaborating with an experienced Director and a capable delivery team while shaping the process from the ground up.

These projects demand strong buildability expertise, client focus and technical knowledge. You’ll work closely with clients and architects, supported by a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Site Manager and labour team, ensuring every stage is delivered to the highest standard.

To be considered, you’ll need a minimum of five years as a PM locally, delivering high-end residential projects over $5 million or technically complex builds in the commercial or multi-residential sector. That might mean projects with basements, suspended slabs, off-form concrete or detailed finishes where your site control and client-facing skills were critical.

On offer is a salary package of up to $220K including super, depending on experience.
