About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile digital transformation initiative. This project will transition internal and customer-facing processes from paper-based workflows to intuitive, secure, and fully integrated online portals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of the program on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of the digital transformation initiative.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of online portals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Sitecore and Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops with business units to capture requirements and manage change impacts.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards are met.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery excellence.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale digital transformation projects in the telecommunications space.
• Strong background in Sitecore and Salesforce implementation.
• Experience transitioning paper-based processes to digital platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and vendor management experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
