About the role - Capital Works Project Manager

Develop, plan and deliver projects within budget and operational parameters.

Duties - Capital Works Project Manager

• Ensure that all projects are consistent with our client's design principles and Strategic Property Management Plan
• In consultation with stakeholders and user groups, develop the scope for each project
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans to track progress

Skills / Experience - Capital Works Project Manager

• Extensive experience in project management
• Demonstrate sound project governance skills/attributes/experience
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and team management skills including the ability to manage projects remotely
