This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual with proven real estate experience to elevate their career within a premium boutique agency.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting Company Director and senior salesperson Thomas Hook

• Manage buyer relationships, conduct open homes and private inspections

• Assist with marketing campaigns, negotiations, and property transactions

• Database management, identifying opportunities and setting appointments;

• Proactively generate leads and prospect for new opportunities

• Buyer call backs;

• Buyer appointments;

• Liaising with vendor and buyers

• Relationship management and assist with property reports

• Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.

• Other duties as requested

About You:

• Minimum 1 year real estate sales experience with demonstrated results

• Hold a current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration and studying for a Licence

• Reliable vehicle and driver’s licence

• Strong communication, computer and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated, professional, and aligned with a prestige brand environment

• You will have a high degree of time management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously

• You will have a high degree of personal accountability, strive to achieve your KPI’s and own your results

• Experience with Agent Box will be held in high regard but is not essential

• Work with initiative and a high attention to detail

• Excellent organisation and management skills
