About the Role
You’ll start as a Contracts Administrator working on high-profile commercial fitout & refurb projects, while being developed for a future PM role.
Your role will involve:
Full range of CA responsibilities across procurement, contracts & cost control
Working alongside senior PMs and site teams to deliver complex projects
Gaining critical site-based experience on large-scale builds
Building a career pathway including a Project Engineer role which is critical to your development
About You
Degree qualified in Construction Management (or similar)
Strong portfolio of commercial fitout or refurb projects
Sound knowledge of contract administration functions
Reliable references and a career-driven mindset
