Your new position:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a hands-on Management Accountant joining on an initial 12 Month contract. Working closely with operational leaders and the finance team, you’ll play a key role in supporting decision-making and ensuring accuracy across the division.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with operational managers to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements
• Prepare monthly management reports, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Assisting in the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles
• Participating in site stocktakes and ensuring accurate reporting of inventory results
• Preparing analysis, insights, and ad hoc reports to assist senior leadership

What you’ll need to succeed:

• CA/CPA qualification
• 3 years’ experience in a similar Management accounting role
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
• Manufacturing experience is highly regarded
• A positive, proactive approach with strong organisational and time management skills
