An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Management Accountant to join a growing Retail Group. As part of this high-performing team, you will report to the Finance Manger and take on a range of responsibilities, including:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and commentary

Budgeting and forecasting to meet financial targets

Reporting to support invoicing processes

Liaising with financial auditors

Identifying and implementing process improvements for management reporting and systems

Engaging with key stakeholders

Calculation and reconciliation of accruals, adjustments, and statements, including stakeholder communications

Ad hoc reporting, analysis, and support for management and finance teams

To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years of accounting experience, either as a Management or Financial Accountant in a large complex business, or within a Big 4 or 2nd tier accounting firm. You will have the ability to work autonomously, possess a can-do attitude, be highly organised with strong attention to detail, demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, and have excellent communication abilities.
