The role

You'll be a key member of the finance team, partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders. This role is hands-on and will see you providing insights and analysis to support business performance across manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of divisional P&L and balance sheet reporting

Partnering with operations teams on cost of goods sold, inventory management and stocktake processes

Driving accurate weekly profit forecasts and supporting annual budgets

Providing financial input into capital proposals and business cases

Supporting internal/external audit requirements and compliance reporting

Delivering ad hoc analysis and projects to improve business performance

About you

CA or CPA qualified

Strong background in management accounting, ideally within manufacturing industries

Solid understanding of cost of goods sold, inventory and operational finance

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business

Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with large ERPs and proficiency in Excel
