Responsibilities
As our Management Accountant, you'll support the system implementation and ensure financial accuracy:

• System Implementation - Lead the rollout of a new financial system from planning to go-live
• Data Migration - Ensure accurate transfer of financial data from legacy systems
• Reconciliation Management - Perform comprehensive reconciliations to verify data integrity
• System Testing - Conduct thorough testing and validation of new system functionality
• Training & Support - Assist with user training and provide ongoing system support
• Process Documentation - Create new procedures and workflows for the implemented system
• Stakeholder Communication - Provide regular project updates to management and key users
• Issue Resolution - Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors

Skills Needed

• Proven experience in system implementations or financial system projects
• Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with data migration and system testing processes
• Strong communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and vendors
