About the role

Swift Transport Services are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This full-time role will see you responsible for driving new business development in the 3PL and express local transport industry.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and target new sales prospects within the 3PL and express transport sectors (specifically our niche - taxi trucks)

Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their logistics needs and present tailored solutions

Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals

Manage the onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless experience

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals

Work closely with the operations to ensure client satisfaction

Some ongoing account management

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and growth plans for the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the 3PL and/or express transport industry

Demonstrated success in winning new business and building long-term client relationships

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present complex logistics solutions

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored service offerings

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

A self-motivated and driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets

Candidate who can work independently and strong ability to time manage

On offer: 90- 110k + super + 10k car allowance (negotiable depending on having relevant experience).
