An exciting opportunity exists for a Temp HR Business Partner to commence immediately on a Temp Part-Time basis (0.8 FTE) for a period of 4-8 weeks with potential to move to a permanent role.
The Position:
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP plays a critical role in supporting the organisation’s purpose by delivering operational human resources expertise. Partnering closely with the Head of HR and other people leaders, you ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives that foster a high-performing, safe, and engaged workforce.
With a strong focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce wellbeing, recruitment, and continuous improvement, the HRBP ensures compliance with relevant legislation and supports the development of HR systems and practices that align with the organisation’s values and strategic goals.
About You:
You must be tech-savvy to succeed in this role, and you will also have:
- Experience using Employment Hero (Essential)
- At least five years’ experience in a Human Resources advisory role, with demonstrated capability across key HR functions
- Tertiary education in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related discipline (desirable)

This role has a FTE salary package of $105K plus superannuation offered.
**Please note the successful candidate will need attend the office during this assignment for all 4 days**
