HR Manager – Part-Time
Location: Head Office – Kew East, 3 days per week on site
We’re seeking a skilled and people-centred HR Manager to join our growing organisation. This is a newly created role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape our HR approach as we continue to expand.

About the Role
Working closely with our leadership team, you will:
Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in line with legislation, policies, and best practice.
Champion inclusive workplace practices and ensure employee wellbeing remains a priority.
Build strong relationships across the organisation, ensuring our HR function is approachable, solutions-focused, and people-first.
Please note: This is an on-site position based at our Head Office three days per week. This role is not suitable for remote or work-from-home arrangements.
About You
You will bring:
Demonstrated HR management experience, ideally within a multi-site environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of Fair Work legislation and HR best practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
High levels of relational intelligence – able to connect with people at all levels, recognising employees as people first.
A commitment to cultivating a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
