Experience & Background:

You’ll bring 3–5 years residential lending experience, or 2–3 years handling complex commercial deals within banking or brokerage. Ideally, you’ve gained exposure across both environments, with a stable track record that shows adaptability and results

Alternatively, you may have a background in credit assessment or analysis giving you confidence to manage deals end-to-end with precision.

You have a solid knowledge of lender policies, credit and regulatory frameworks.

A business banking background is highly advantageous.
