Our office has experienced unprecedented growth and we are looking for the right person to help us continue our momentum in the role of Accredited Mortgage Broker in our Warwick Farm office.

In this position you will be supported by lending specialists/ support / loan writers and are expected to run & grow our/your portfolio. Trinity provides all warm leads and/or existing customers from our existing referral network. We are looking for someone with broking experience in work shopping solutions to provide our customers a seamless/insightful experience.

Skills expected of the applicant:

Manage loan applications from inquiry through to settlement

Strong understanding of various lending bank policies, in particular home/ investment construction lending

Maintain key relationships with banks and conveyancers

Excellent customer service edict & problem solving attitude

Ability to create & grow relationships with referrers

Support the principal and broking colleagues with loan applications

Exposure to residential & commercial finance - in particular construction lending

Well versed in various lending scenarios SMSF, FHOG, family guarantor, commercial, construction (all is a bonus)

Job Requirements:

3+ years previous experience working as a mortgage broker.

Cert IV or Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking is a requirement.

MFAA or FBAA membership is a requirement

Be an authorised credit representative (ACR)

Ability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)

Nice to have:

Experience in apply online and Finsure systems

Experience to commercial construction finance

Referrer account management experience

5 days in the Warwick Farm office
