About The Client

My Client is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary firm blending tax & accounting with bespoke mortgage broking services. Their large tax and accounting business fuels high-value, complex lending opportunities—giving their brokers a powerful advantage.

Unlike traditional brokers, you'll work within a tight-knit, highly supportive environment with seamless access to internal tax experts and loan support staff.

The Role

We're seeking a Mortgage Broker to manage clients from first meeting through to settlement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client consultations and building trusted relationships
  • Performing servicing calculations using financial statements, tax returns, and low-doc income (e.g., annualised BAS)
  • Preparing and presenting financing proposals to lenders (residential, commercial, development, construction)
  • Collaborating with our Loan Processor to gather documentation and streamline applications
  • Coordinating with banks, BDMs, conveyancers for successful settlements
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience aligned with our firm-wide performance standards

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (skills matter more than duration)
  • Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Practice (or equivalent)
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting company and trust financial statements, tax returns, and low-doc lending scenarios
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-entity and high-value deals (e.g., multi-million dollar residential/commercial property, developments, construction projects)
  • Excellent client relationship skills, attention to detail, and solution-driven approach
