We have roles for an Assistant Project Officer & Assistant HR Consultant
In the Assistant Project Officer role, you will have the opportunity to support HR projects and deliver essential advisory and administrative services across the Network. Work collaboratively with Senior HR Practitioners to help drive recruitment, HR system management, and continuous improvement in a supportive and values-driven environment. This role offers flexibility with a negotiable location - including the option to work from home - alongside some in-office commitment.
If you consider the Assistant HR Consultant role, you will contribute to the ongoing success of our HR Administrative team through the provision of accurate and timely HR contract management and administration advice, including working alongside managers to provide advice on a range of operational human resource and administrative procedures. You will work in partnership with our Managers to ensure employee contracts and associated processing tasks are completed on time, including using our online offer and acceptance portal.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
Our network is made up of many sites, that run from Gawler in the North to Kangaroo Island in the South, we have access to offices in the middle of the CBD, and some of our locations offer hot desk arrangements. We will work with you to ensure a suitable location or locations are made available to you across one or many of our sites. You will also have the option to spend some time each week working from home. This will be negotiated with you should you be successful.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Assist with recruitment, selection, and attraction activities across the network
- Support HR system management and ensure information accuracy and currency
- Provide administrative and research support to HR projects
- Deliver general HR advisory support within your scope and escalate complex issues
