About the Position
Flinders University is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the strategic growth and acceleration of postgraduate psychology programs. Working under the direction of the Teaching Program Director and Course Coordinators, you will contribute to national workforce initiatives, accreditation compliance, and projects aimed at enhancing student access and success, particularly for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and rural/remote learners.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Supporting mapping and implementation of the new Psychologist Professional Competencies to meet APAC requirements.
- Coordinating alternative entry pathways, admissions, and student success initiatives to improve access and progression.
- Assisting with project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across academic, industry, and accreditation teams.
About You
You are an organised and collaborative professional with experience in project coordination, administration, and higher education or health contexts. You bring strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support complex projects.
As a Project Officer, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in project coordination, reporting, and administrative support in a clinical, health, or higher education environment.
- Ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, work independently and collaboratively, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
