Join a renowned Boutique Asset Management Agency with over 20 years of industry experience based in the heart of the CBD. They enjoy a significant market profile and have an extensive Asset Management portfolio covering premium retail, commercial, and industrial asset classes across CBD & Inner-city fringe. The company is known for its impeccable reputation and comprehensive range of services, including Sales and Leasing, Asset Management, and Facilities Management.

Clientele range from mum & dad investors to sophisticated institutional investment clients. The portfolio is predominantly A & B Grade Office, shopfront inner-city retail, and a handful of industrial, regional shopping centres, and café & restaurant precincts.

THE DETAILS.
They are seeking a dedicated Asset Manager to look after a one key client, the portfolio is a mix of office, inner city food& beverage, few industrial, it’s a Corporate Portfolio (the client is another property group) these buildings are in a hold and set to be developed at some point in the future. You will be in an autonomous role with the support of an Associate Asset Manager.

Develop and execute asset-level business plans and budgets in line with client objectives

Analyse property performance, budgets, and cash flow forecasts; identify value-add and risk mitigation opportunities

Conduct strategic reviews and financial modelling of leasing initiatives and capital works

Oversee lease administration, including tracking expiries, rent reviews, and documentation accuracy

Ensure full compliance with WHS, insurance, statutory, and risk management obligations

Deliver timely reporting and investment performance updates to client

Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, tenant feedback, and risk-return profiles

Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all asset-level matters

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (investment, leasing, operations, development) to align on portfolio goals

Mentor and oversee an Associate/Assistant to ensure effective execution of daily tasks and reporting

Salary $110,000 - $150,000 inclusive of superannuation plus KPIs & Renewals

THE PERSON.

Previous experience in office, industrial or retail property/ asset management preferred

Relevant degree in Property Economics, Finance or Business, preferred but not essential

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and initiative

Great communication, and a customer service focus

Valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

Valid NSW Real Estate Drivers Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
