Job details:

KTL International Pty Ltd, a leading hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Cook to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities and duties:

· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards.

· Ensure smooth daily operations, including food storage, stock control, and kitchen cleanliness.

· Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards, adhering to health regulations.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.

· Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing recipes.

· Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and consistency in food service.

The successful Cook will require:

· Complete Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery in Australia

· At least 1 year of full time work experience in related field.

· Excellent communication skills; fluency in multiple languages is a bonus.
