About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant/ Clinical Coordinator to step into a leadership role within our growing team. This is a hands-on, full-time position offering variety across clinical assisting and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting and/ or dental reception duties

Overseeing clinical operations and equipment maintenance

Supporting onboarding, training, and development of new staff

Working closely with management to implement systems and improvements

Ensuring the smooth daily running of the practice across a 6-day roster

About You:

Experience in dental assisting or reception (essential)

Confident working independently and within a team

Strong communication and leadership skills

Positive, proactive, and eager to grow

Availability across Monday to Saturday roster

Capalaba Dental Surgery has proudly served the local community since 1985

We offer a full range of general dentistry services including restorative, paediatric, implants, root canal treatment, and crown & bridge work

Our dynamic team consists of 3 Dentists and 4 Dental Assistants working across 6 days of the week (Monday-Saturday) and due to ongoing growth, we’re excited to welcome a new member to our team!
