ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our dynamic team at Gami Chicken & Beer at our Northbridge location. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring excellent customer service in our busy restaurant.

NOTE: PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

YOUR DUTIES

Prepare and efficiently cook and present a variety of dishes to our customers

Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of safety and quality

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an excellent dining experience

Adhere to all food safety and health regulations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 1-2 years of experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar hospitality environment

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

Good communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
