💰 Great Pay Rates – Weekdays: $35.18/hr | Weekends: $45.89/hr

Do you love cooking, work well under pressure, and enjoy variety in your day?
We're looking for an experienced roadhouse cook who's confident on the grill, can pour a great flat white, and is happy to jump on the till when needed.

You'll be at the heart of the roadhouse – keeping the kitchen running smoothly, serving hungry travellers, and working in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

🍳 Cook meals and snacks to order

☕ Make barista-style coffees and cold drinks

💵 Operate the till and handle stock

🧽 Keep the site clean, tidy and welcoming

🤝 Work closely with a supportive, friendly team

What we're looking for:

Experience in a roadhouse or café kitchen (short order cooking)

Minimum 1 year experience in a roadhouse or café kitchen environment with high-volume short order cooking

Works fast, clean and with a smile

Great with customers and a true team player

Reliable, presentable and hands-on

Permanent resident of Australia seeking a long-term role – no visa applicants please

Current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg regularly

Must provide a current police clearance
