We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team at REDCLIFFE ON THE MURRAY in Pinjarra, Western Australia. This is a casual opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality meals for our restaurant and catering operations for our Private Functions

Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment

Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement new menu items

Ensuring all food preparation and presentation standards are consistently met

Providing guidance and supervision to kitchen staff as required

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Substantial experience as a Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment

Strong culinary skills, with a focus on creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Excellent time management, organisation and multi-tasking abilities

A passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to upholding high food safety and hygiene standards
