ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be employed to deliver diverse projects across Canberra ranging between $1M and $20M. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the Client's allocated budget.

• WHS management
• Programming
• Budgeting
• Cost control
• Forecasting
• Client management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Experience as a Project Manager on small - medium sized fitout projects
• Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Procore is desirable but not essential
