ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of diverse projects across Canberra, ranging from $20M to $40M in value. In your role as Project Manager, you will take a key leadership position in managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the client’s budgetary requirements.

DUTIES.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Develop and oversee project schedules to building specification and standards
• Deliver clear and timely project updates and reports to senior management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on a range of projects
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships
• Familiarity with Procore is desirable but not mandatory
