Your New Role
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be working alongside a high-performing project team, reporting to an experienced Senior CA. You’ll take ownership of procurement, subcontractor management, progress claims, variations, cost reporting, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. The immediate focus will be on a multi-stage townhouse development in Brisbane’s inner suburbs, with further projects in the pipeline.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience as a CA delivering residential (townhouse/apartment) or mid-sized commercial projects in SEQ
• Strong understanding of end-to-end contract administration: procurement, progress claims, variations, cost tracking
• Familiarity with Jobpac (highly regarded)
• Solid communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and build positive working relationships
• Ambition to progress—this role has scope to develop into a Senior CA position, mentoring juniors as new projects launch in 2026
