- Has been in business for over 10 years.
- Specialise in luxury residential homes - new builds and large scale renovations & extensions.
- Work with leading architects.
About The Role
- Site Manager to deliver a $10m high-end build in Mosman.
- Demolition & excavation stage through to completion.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
- Support from a Leading Hand Carpenter on site.
- Salary between $140,000 and $180,000 plus super.
Duties
- Site management of trades.
- Quality assurance.
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
- WH&S.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
- Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish.
- Experience of concrete and formwork construction.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
- Good attention to detail.
